Three of these are named after "precious stones", namely 'Murjan' consisting of 37 storeys, 'Al Mass' with 28 storeys and 'Fairooz' which will have 20 storeys. The other three are named after Arabic scents; 'Mesk' with 37 storeys, 'Yass' 24 storeys and 'Anbar' which will have 16 storeys. In total the marina will contain over 200 high-rise buildings including the 40 residential and hotel towers of the Jumeirah Beach Residence.
