The Palm Jebel Ali is the middle-sized island of the three Palm Islands (Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira). It is located in the Dubai Waterfront, on the Jebel Ali coastal area of the emirate of Dubai. The unique man-made palm-shaped island will consist of a trunk, a crown with 17 fronds, and a surrounding crescent island that will form a water-breaker. The project will increase Dubai's shoreline by a total of 120 km and create a large number of residential, leisure and entertainment opportunities, all within a unique and inspiring setting.

Signature Villas - There are 4 distinct styles to these villas that can be found on the fronds. These luxury residence come as 6 or 7 bedroom homes, have a large private swimming pools, private beaches and come with a choice of 4 themes: European, Mediterranean, Arabic or Contemporary.
Garden Villas – Garden villas are available as 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties. Each property comes with private pools and stunning waterside views. The 4 themes for the garden villas are Mediterranean, Santa Fe, Greek and Arabic
The most amazing feature of the Palm Jebel Ali is the water homes built on stilts that spell a poem written by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum. This circles the 'fronds' of the palm and spells out a verse in Arabic that reads: "Take wisdom from the wise It takes a man of vision to write on water Not everyone who rides a horse is a jockey Great men rise to greater challenges".
The Palm Jebel Ali is located off the coast of Dubai at the edge of Dunai Waterfront. It is in close proximity to leading five-star hotels and resorts, the Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet and Media City and the Jebel Ali Free zone. This area is part of the new growth sector of the city, featuring high tech firms in addition to corporate offices of multinationals. Beach resorts and iconic hotels such as the Madinat Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab are also in the vicinity.
