KM Properties makes significant progress on Tamani Hotel at Parklane Tower, Business Bay
While inspecting the construction, Mr. Abdul Wahab Al- Halabi was impressed not only with the progress of the tower but also to the commitment of KM Properties in fulfilling its role in the development of Dubai's Business Bay.
Mr. Abdul Wahab Al- Halabi was excited by the status of the project and conveyed his enthusiasm to the KM Properties team.
Tamani Hotel at Parklane Tower is a five star deluxe hotel with 33 storeys of modern hotel and commercial offices with recreation facilities offering magnificent views of Sheikh Zayed Road's impressive skyline and the new Ras Al Khor creek area. Tamani Hotel at Parklane is designed by world renowned Carlos Ott, with Al Rostamani Pegel as the major construction contractor. LWDesign Group has also been appointed by KM Properties as the official interior designer.
