Leading contractor appointed for Al Furjan real estate development in Dubai
Nakheel, one of the world's largest real estate developers based in Dubai, has signed Dh1 billion infrastructure contract with Khansaheb Civil Engineering LLC, leading engineering firm in Dubai, to develop the first phase of family-oriented residential community, Al Furjan.
Mohammed Rashed Bin Dhabeah, Director, Al Furjan, said, "The award of Dh1 billion dirham infrastructure contract is a significant milestone in Al Furjan's development.
