DAMAC awards enabling contract for its real estate development in IMPZ, Dubai
DAMAC Properties, a leading master developer in the UAE, has awarded Dh22.9 million contract to NSCC Foundation Engineering for its Lakeside project, an iconic residential real estate development at the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) in Dubai. The enabling works that includes shoring, excavation, dewatering and piling, commenced last month.

The real estate development is a complex of two 21-storey and two 22-storey towers, and it will have studio and one-bedroom apartments with state-of-the-art accessories. Situated on the Emirates Road, the IMPZ is in close proximity to the Jebel Ali Port and the Jebel Ali Airport City, Dubai.
