Bawadi unveils infrastructure and transportation master plan
Bawadi, the world's largest hospitality and retail destination in Dubai and a member of real estate developer Tatweer, has disclosed its master plans for infrastructure development and internal transportation for the Dh200 billion hospitality project. According to the master plan, the hospitality boulevard spread over 10 km of area will be divided into 5 geographic areas and will link its intricate transportation network with the building interfaces.
Bawadi will boast of state-of-the-art commuting system comprising a pedestrian network and monopod vehicles. The well-defined infrastructure and transportation master plans are projected to shape Bawadi into an unrivalled world class destination.
Once complete, Bawadi real estate development in Dubai will have 51 uniquely designed hotels. The hospitality project located in Dubailand will offer 3 to 5-star hotels with more than 60,000 rooms. It will also include the biggest retail area at 40 million gross leasable area in the world.
