DAMAC Properties awards contract for Tuscan Residence in Dubai
DAMAC Properties, region's largest private sector real estate developer, has awarded the contract worth Dh203 million to Square General Contracting Company LLC for Tuscan Residence, a Mediterranean styled development in Jumeirah Village South, Dubai. Tuscan Residence is a low rise 3-building real estate development featuring 5-storey Siena, Florence and Arezzo.
Hussain Sajwani, Chairman and Founder, DAMAC Holding, said, "Square General Contracting Company are one of the leaders in the engineering and construction industry in the country today. Tuscan Residence is reminiscent of Tuscany and boasts of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments including spacious interiors and large balconies. Luxury amenities at this real estate development in Dubai include a state of the art health club and swimming pool, ample parking, along with retail and restaurants at the ground level.
