Brad Pitt to design 5-star hotel property in Dubai
Zabeel Properties, real estate development and investment arm of Dubai-based Zabeel Investments, has revealed the details of a new 5-star hotel and resort property in Dubai. Graft, Los Angeles-based architecture firm, has been appointed as the architects for the hotel whose team of design consultants include Hollywood actor Brad Pitt.
Mohammad Ali Al Hashemi, Executive Chairman, Zabeel Investments, said, "Through this long term partnership with our friends, there are plans to launch similar such developments across other major global cities, but we are proud that Dubai will be the first".
The luxury 5-star property in Dubai will feature of 800 rooms. Zabeel Properties plans to seek at least LEED Gold status this helps ensure that it will be the real deal in green building.
