Iris Mist freehold real estate development unveiled in Dubai Maritime City
Sheth Developers, leading Indian real estate construction house with several realty projects in Dubai, has launched its latest project, Iris Mist, Dh2.5 billion residential development in Dubai Maritime City. First building to be shaped like sea waves, Iris Mist is designed by WS Atkins.

The project in Dubai comprises of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, 6 retail outlets and 28 units of office space. The development will have a built-up area of 850,000 sq ft. Scheduled for completion by July 2011; the tower will be a 'green building'.
