Dh400mn commercial realty development launched at Dubai Silicon Oasis
Mada'in Properties has unveiled Dh400 million Domain real estate tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Abdul Aziz Al Awar, Chief Executive Officer of Mada'in real estate, said the project was the company's debut in commercial developments, and followed the recent launch of its mixed-use realty development, Marina Arcade at Dubai Marina.

The real estate project in Dubai will have amenities such as gymnasium, swimming pools and a private garden along with retail outlets, restaurants and cafés. Work on the 14-storey realty tower will begin in August and in all probability complete by 2010.
