Dubai The Fastest Growing City in The World

Upon looking at recent data collected by various property experts, one can clearly see that Dubai’s resale market is prospering like never before.

As is the case with so many emerging markets, which are still in their beginning stages, many investors and purchasers have had to deal with ‘buyer's remorse', as their expected projections simply do not add up.

Fortunately for investors in Dubai’s property market, this is not the case with Dubai, as the emirates city has vigorously established a name for itself as one of the best investment markets to date.

A key to Dubai climbing success is the ever prosperous resale market, which has often been likened to a proverbial snowball ‘it keeps getting bigger and bigger'.

The ripple effect is that assuredness is guaranteed and is growing daily in Dubai as more and more are harvesting the rewards, which are lucrative and plentiful.

According to Oliver Hickey, the UK Sales Director of Profile Europe (UK) Ltd, "Investing in Dubai, which is the fastest growing city in the world, is both exciting and rewarding. Investors from all backgrounds are either buying off plan or at the early construction stages and are reveling in their financial gains.

It is worth remembering also that Dubai is still only in the early stages of its development cycle and with its achievements to date coupled with its plans for the future, investors are promised a smooth ride.”

Due to the fact that Dubai simply cannot be compared to any other overseas market, as it is completely unique, leaves Dubai in a rather precarious but advantageous position in terms of its quality, size, durability and value for money - ensuring Dubai maintains its pole position status.

As the plans for one of the most spectacular urban developments, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens in Dubai gets underway, the positivity in and around the development is tangible.

This new city project, which is an introduction to the ‘Green’ status of Dubai, will cover over 800 million square feet of land, includes four separate centres, and is a work of art incorporating new homes, educational, financial and commercial facilities as well as tourist attractions.

This development, which is designed by internationally renowned architect Eric Kuhne, will also have more landscaped parkland than London and New York combined. Not a small feat to say the least!

As mentioned – this new development will be home to 4 different centres - each of which will be a host to world-class facilities – each designed to correspond with the respective field of interest.

The House (centre) of Humanity will include museums and charitable organizations; The House (centre) of Wisdom will include educational facilities; The House (centre) of Commerce will be home to corporations and banks; whilst The House (centre) of Nature will be solely dedicated to the environment and its surrounds.

In the words of Eric Kuhne, the designer of this new city within a city: “His Highness Sheikh Mohammed should be applauded for his commitment to creating a new Dubai which will redefine the quality of civic life for all the citizens and guests of the Arabian Gulf. His vision can be compared to that of Shah Abbas I who created Nisf-e-Jahan; the elegant 16th century capital of Persia whose parks, gardens and libraries reflected the heavens.”

Evidence once again that Dubai and its ruling party, as well as the citizens that call this city home – is prepared and well invested in ensuring the city, and the country itself continue to reach heights unseen or unheard of before.
