Dh80mn worth contract awarded for real estate projects in Dubai
Dheeraj East Coast LLC (DEC), a real estate developer in Dubai, gave a Dh80 million piling and shoring contract to Sharaf Foundations for enabling works on the properties in Culture Village and Business Bay.
The three real estate projects in the Cultural Village include residential properties like Cascade Ville and Cascade Manor, and The Estate, a mixed-use development. In the Business Bay, the properties include two commercial projects Corporate Bay and the DEC Business Towers.
The work on all the three real estate projects in Dubai will be closely followed by the task on properties at Business Bay. Works on all the projects will be completed by March 2009.
