Residential property worth Dh4.5bn unveiled at Dubailand
Integral part of UAE-based real estate development conglomerate, The EGSI Group, unveiled a Dh4.5 billion project Le Stelle in Majan-Mizin in Dubailand. The Dubai-based property is slated for completion by 2011.

The real estate project is designed by the leading Korea-based firm, Heerim, and the famous Italian interior design company, Modo Milano. The property in Dubai, Le Stelle, consists of G+30, spacious studios, one bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, luxurious penthouses, huge sky gardens and infinity swimming pools.
