Palm Utilities completes district cooling plants for Atlantis and Jumeirah Lake Towers
Palm Utilities, a subsidiary of Istithmar World - a major investment holding company incorporated in the Dubai World Group, has announced the completion of new district cooling plants that now serve the Atlantis in Palm Jumeirah Crescent and the Jumeirah Lake Towers. Initiated by Palm District Cooling (PDC), Palm Utilities' district cooling division, the Palm Jumeirah Crescent district cooling plant deliver a total of 120,000 tonnes of refrigeration (TR) to the Atlantis and to many other real estate projects on Palm Jumeirah Crescent, while the a total of 140,000 TR is being delivered to the Jumeirah Lake Towers projects.

The Company will supply Jumeirah Village South real estate projects with a combined 200,000 TR, with a total of 150,000 TR going to the Jumeirah Village South Circle and 50,000 TR for the Jumeirah Village South Triangle.
